# Main Theme Color

### 🎛 Access the Setting

1. From your Shopify Admin, go to **Online Store > Themes**
2. Click **Customize** next to your active Plain Jane theme
3. In the Theme Editor, click the **Theme Settings** icon (paintbrush)
4. Scroll to **Main Theme Color**

### 🖼 Set Your Background Color

* Click the **Background Color** swatch to open the color picker
* Select any color or input a hex value manually (e.g. `#FFFFFF` for white)
* This background color is applied globally to your store, unless overridden by specific section or page settings

> 💡 Tip: Choose a background that complements your brand and offers good contrast with text for readability
